I suggest a potential framework should cover three phases: predisaster, acute phase, and postdisaster. The framework should suggest priorities and aims for each phase, indicating relevant actors and pointing to important health promotion principles of particular importance in the various phases.
In my opinion, i think the three phases suggested will adequately address possible strategies and efforts that may be needed to achieve our goals.
I sincerely hope this discussion will translate into actions. It just may save many lives and make living more pleasant for many more.
